1.4436, 1.4435, 1.4432 - specification and application

1.4436, 1.4435, and 1.4432 materials are better and more refined equivalents of austenitic 316L steel. The basic difference between grades is the concentration of alloying additives - Nickel, Molybdenum, and Chromium. Each grade has an elevated molybdenum content, which significantly influences the product's chlorides and acids corrosion resistance.

The products in these grades are commonly used in the manufacture of pumps, tanks for chemicals, pipelines and installations, heat exchangers, screws, nuts, special coolers, food, chemical, textile, paper and cryogenic equipment, oil and marine industries that require better properties than the 316L.
