Mechanical properties of 18NiCr5-4, 18NiCr6-4, 1.5810
- Hardness in +A condition: <223 HBW
- Hardness +TH condition: 170 - 223 HBW
- Hardness +FP condition: 156 - 207 HBW
- Hardness in +S condition: <255 HBW
OHeat treatment of 18NiCr5-4, 1.5810
- Austenitization at 880 ℃ for approx. 30-35 minutes
- Carburization at 880 - 980℃
- Hardening at a temperature of 780 - 820℃
- Tempering at a tempering of 150-200℃ for about 1 hour.
